 چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے فواد چوہدری کی حفاظتی ضمانت میں توسیع اور تمام مقدمات کو یکجا کرنے کے لیے درخواست پر دلائل مکمل ہونیکے بعد فیصلہ محفوظ کرلیا۔۔عدالت نے کہا کہ اگر مزید دلائل کی ضرورت پڑی تو تاریخ بتا دیں گے۔۔ سرکاری وکیل نے موقف اپنایا کہ36 کیسوں میں فواد چوہدری کو شامل تفتیش کرنا ہے۔۔ عدالت نے استفسار کیا کہ آپ چاہتے ہیں کہ آپ کی ضمانتوں پر فیصلہ ویڈیو لنک سماعت کرکے کیا جائے؟وکیل فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ گذشتہ روز  دو شہروں میں کیس لگے جن میں سے دو کیسوں کا ریکارڈ نہیں تھا۔۔استدعا ہے کہ ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے حاضری لگائی جائے۔۔، وکیل درخواست گزار نے موقف اپنایا کہ پنجاب پولیس کی جانب سے درخواست گزار کو گرفتاری کا خدشہ ہے ، عدالت ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے ٹرائل کورٹ میں پیش ہونے کی اجازت دے۔۔
